This Privacy Policy explains how VibeMix(“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use VibeMix(the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Spotify, we receive your email address and basic profile details (such as display name and avatar) to create your account.

Streaming connection tokens. We securely store the access and refresh tokens that authorize VibeMix to create and modify playlists in your connected streaming account. These are used only to perform actions you request.

Usage & generated data. We store the playlists you generate (seed artist, track lists, and destination) and basic account state such as your plan and remaining credits.

Analytics & advertising. We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand usage and measure advertising. These tools may set cookies and collect device, browser, and interaction data.

How we use information

To provide and operate the Service (generate and export playlists), maintain your account and plan, prevent abuse, measure and improve the product, and communicate with you about the Service.

Third-party services

We rely on the following providers, each governed by its own privacy policy: Supabase (database and authentication), Spotify (login and playlist export), Deezer and Last.fm (music discovery data), Vercel (hosting), and Google (analytics and ads). VibeMix is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube Music.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics and advertising partners may set additional cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention & deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. When you disconnect a platform or delete data, records are soft-deleted and removed from normal use. To request full deletion of your account and data, email us at allen@allenhuang.net.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
